We have just purchased our forever-home in Pocklington. It was a chance encounter dropping into North Residential to see what was available and we met with Ashleigh. We absolutely had luck on our side and had an excellent experience - not only did Ashleigh sell the property to us, she was totally on our side throughout. Nothing was too much bother and she arranged multiple viewings, answered our questions promptly and accurately as well as facilitating an on-site meeting with the vendor. Furthermore, she kept the pressure on the "legals" who were slow, largely unresponsive and lacked the focus, in order to ensure completion within the required timescales.
