My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

8th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)We have just purchased our forever-home in Pocklington. It was a chance encounter dropping into North Residential to see what was available and we met with Ashleigh. We absolutely had luck on our side and had an excellent experience - not only did Ashleigh sell the property to us, she was totally on our side throughout. Nothing was too much bother and she arranged multiple viewings, answered our questions promptly and accurately as well as facilitating an on-site meeting with the vendor. Furthermore, she kept the pressure on the "legals" who were slow, largely unresponsive and lacked the focus, in order to ensure completion within the required timescales. We would have no hesitation in recommending North Residential and especially Ashleigh, who is totally client-centric!
