After a lengthy, and at times complicated, 8 month purchase we are finally in our dream home and the support from the team, particularly Dan and Rebecca was outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much and no matter how many queries or questions we had throughout the process they were always genuinely happy to help. Rebecca is such a friendly voice at the end of the phone and was so supportive throughout - even following the purchase she has continued to help us with outstanding queries. It’s been quite a juggle but he communicated well and responded quickly with suggestions and quotes for issues and maintenance jobs reported by the tenant. I’d recommend Haf to manage your property.

They both go above and beyond no matter what! 5 star service all the way! They care about buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords but they also invest time and care in the local community. They know through customers and families and I will be forever thankful for every single thing they do for me. Personally and professionally. Amazing! We went to view a property today, called ahead to tell them we were going to be 10 mins late and were told by Jasmine she would call the person on site and let us know if this was not Okay. Arrived (8mins late) and noone at the property. Called the office spoke to Jasmine again who said the person doing the viewing had left... they hadn't called us back to tell us and then said "who was it you spoke to?" She had clearly put the phone down and completely forgotten. An hour and a half round trip wasted due to incompetence.

Dealing with Gemma and Rachel on almost a daily basis with updates has been far from a chore and any question gets answered quickly. After listening to Gemma’s sound advice my property had an offer to let very quickly after it went live.
