Great service from Gemma and the team at Queensbury. Couldn't fault the effort that has been put in, firstly from the initial contact and buiding the brochure (photos and descriptions to highlight the best features of the property for sale), the communication to keep me informed to the very last push which made the completion occur despite an unexpected issue. Gemma did brilliantly to push it over the line. Thank you so much!

This business owes me £320 for work I completed in February at a property. They stated that they wasn't happy with the work. I was puzzled why as l have before and after photos proving the work had been done. I offers to complete the areas she was not happy with but was unable to perform miracles on old badly stained carpets.
However, despite previous reminders they are refusing to acknowledge me and are just looking for excuses not to pay. It is an absolutely disgusting way to treat a small local trader. This has caused devastation to the business.
Moreover, they are also in contravention of the Data Protection Act 1998 as they gave my details to Advertising scammers. The scammers interviewed me on the premises of Bronte and told me they were in partnership to advertise my business on the the sale packs of Bronte brochures and also on an interactive board.
I agreed to sign up on this basis only to find the board was constantly freezing and there was no brochure pack. It was all a lie and therefore, I am a further £350 out of pocket.
This is a disgusting way to treat a local trader and cause them financial hardship. If you are thinking of selling or renting your home, then think of how they have treated a small trader like me.
I have given one star because there in no option of a zero.
NOTE...In response to Bronte reply that I refused to go back in, I confirm this simply in not true. I was awaiting their instruction as there was a delay with a builder going in. They were to contact me but didn't. To date they have provided zero evidence that the landlord was unhappy. I have gave Bronte a pre cleaning assessment of the state of the carpets and also a review of the results at the end with the invoice.

I personally would not use this agent again. Once the house is sold it's goodbye tou never hear another word from them they don't return calls. The sale is not complete when someone says "yes we want this property " but at that point it like these agents have disappeared theres no hand holding.

My partner rented from here and the service was shocking charged for everything no matter how small and the could never get the landlord to fix anything properly he would do it as cheap as possible and Bridgfords would never help getting in contact with him and when ringing up even early u can never get through to them takes ages all in all will never go with them again

Absolutely appalling lack of service as a letting agent. Flat involved has had no bathroom ceiling for weeks now due to collapse from leak from flat above. Agents always have to be pestered to do anything - and even then their response is pathetic -they seem to be totally uninterested. No contact number given for weekend emergencies, etc. Steer clear!

Absolute time wasters. I have been actively looking for a property to rent. Three weeks ago I contacted the agent, to book a viewing, agent called me back a week later to inform me viewing was cancelled, as the property was taken, I was a little disappointed but thought hey, I then showed an interest to another property, this time speaking to another agent, the agent booked me in, funny enough on the same day, I received an email from agent when I first called them, about another property, this one didn't quite catch my eye, but I agreed to view it, I was honest, informing them, it was not for me, after the viewing, I mentioned the property that I really liked, agent said you would really like this one, re-confirming the booking on 11/06/2020 at 16:45, on the day I tried to contact the office, to confirm the go ahead, no answer, I tried several times, then received a text at 16:20, second time round ''Your viewing for …….. has been cancelled as the property is no longer available. Thanks Dixons', it makes me wonder if they just pick and choose who they want as tenants,, cancelled on me twice, It would be good to see record, of how many people made an enquiry, date and time, I'm sure I was one of the first, where's the fairness in that, not even a viewing, again absolute time wasters!!
