8th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)I’ve emailed in now twice on right move to view a house on lane side. And no one has had the decency to call or return an email. This is not a great service for the people choosing to try sell with them. you should have used SUGDENS. they seem to return every call and email. I hope you change estate agents and I’ll try again with them.

We had an ongoing issue with getting a property sorted and Julie jumped in and managed to speed the process along after 8 months of messing around!! Wouldn’t have got sorted if it wasn’t for Julie’s help much appreciated can not thank you enough !!
25th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)Renting through Dinsdales Estates now for nearly 2 months now. From initial property enquiry to now I've received exceptional support and service, better than any other letting agents I've used before. Chloe and Katie were very helpful over the phone, answering any questions I had professionally, outlining any details of the process clearly. 10/10 Yvonne showed me around the property, and was very welcoming. My appointment was on schedule, and I received all the information I requested and needed. 10/10 I then went into office for documentation handover, where I met the team, and I must say, are a lovely set of people! Very caring and genuine. Very comfortable environment. At key handover, they even went through the effort of a handover giftbox! Lovely touch. 10/10 Since living in the property, I haven't been 'pestered' or bothered in the slightest. No bad surprises with the property. I reported a 'problem' that wasn't even a problem (sorry), it was a technical misunderstanding I had made. Despite this, the response from the team was swift, and my 'issue' was solved by Chloe the very next day. 10/10 Fantastic Team, highly recommended. Thank you team Dinsdales Estates

Tom and George and the whole team have worked so hard to sell our house quickly and they have succeeded! They gave us the best advice, have been super approachable, made us laugh when we had a few difficulties and communicated with us very regularly. They even chased up solicitors for us ensuring everything was done quickly and efficiently. If I could stay in yeadon I'd be buying a house through them! I cannot thank them enough, what an incredible team of people.

22nd Mar 2025 (5 days ago)We would highly recommend David and Freddie at Marsh and Marsh after having an utterly disastrous experience from a well known other company!! Our house was on the market within 2 days of David's and Freddie’s initial appointment, absolutely amazing! Sold it straight away! Can’t fault the follow up until completion, always on hand and return your calls if not available, we would definitely recommend them. Thank you both!!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

We’ve recently sold our house with them and they have been amazing throughout. They take the effort to get to know you and everyone we’ve dealt with is personable, efficient and knowledgable, including their wider team of suppliers. The marketing was top notch and went above and beyond to get it all perfect, the same with managing the viewings and the sales progression. An absolute breath of fresh air during an otherwise stressful process.
