Poor service. I emails them details of the property I wanted to view, informed them of my availibilty and then complete utter silence. Called them and left a message and received no reply. No communication at all, so poor customer service. Avoid!

Avoid like the plague. Lied on their sales particulars and were rude and unresponsive throughout our purchase. We made a formal complaint which they refused to accept. We then took the matter to the property ombudsman who found against them and awarded compensation because of their behavior. This all took nearly a year to sort out and even after being found guilty they failed to pay the money in the time frame they specified. Only consider using them if you have lots of spare time and enjoying writing complaints.
