We felt totally relaxed asking questions and the guidance given as the sale proceeded was very clear. Of particular help was the regular feedback we were given. This was so important to us and we felt we were always part of the team. From the moment Steven outlined the selling process to us, through all the detailed management by Louise, we always felt at ease, confirming that we had chosen the right team to sell our property. Their customer service is brilliant and they really fight your corner with negotiations. Amelia dealt with the sale of my property and really went above and beyond her role for me as my buyers were not the easiest and their solicitors were also not the best. Amelia also got thanks from our solicitor for the help that Amelia provided to get this property to completion. Amelia is just amazing and would highly recommend her. Thanks Amelia once again for all your help you deserve a salary increase. Paula

24th Feb 2026 (12 days ago)One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced

Imogen and the team have been fantastic, we had a bit of a bumpy ride securing our rental property but were met with nothing but patience, warmth and kindness from all of the team. Imogen was so efficient with everything, nothing was too much to ask and I really felt secure in working with these guys. The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Ethan Bexon who was fantastic at keeping us updated, identifying when (and where) things were getting stuck and helping us to chase our solicitors when required. The expertise and local knowledge at Bairstow Eves really was invaluable. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Thomas Barker and the staff at the YEADON branch for finally getting our house sale over the line, despite the involvement of a pretty inept conveyancing solicitor on behalf of our buyer. They arranged a viewing day within a week of contacting them and produced a professional online brochure. We had 3 offers from the viewing day and literally "sold" our house within the hour. What followed was quite a long drawn out process to completion but Thomas and the other members of staff remained professional, responsive & helpful, despite my nagging :). I would definitely recommend Thomas and the Yeadon branch to any prospective clients.

29th Nov 2025 (14 weeks ago)Really glad I sold my house through GR, from the start Nick was really approachable, friendly and so positive about the house it really made you think his team would ‘sell’ it for you, which they did! Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way. A great experience all round, thank you.

4th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I'm a first time renter and have had a brilliant experience with everyone at Martin & Co Saltaire so far! Special shout out to Carol who has helped me throughout the whole process. Carol arranged the viewing for me and was present from the beginning. As a first time renter I had an abundance of questions, some of them probably a bit silly but she had so much patience with me. Carol was in constant communication from application right the way up until collecting my keys and explained everything well. Carol was also kind enough to allow me to have a second viewing once the existing tenant had moved out and when I identified a few things that might need repairing she was again fully on it and in constant communication which made me feel reassured that I could count on Martin &Co throughout my entire tenancy. Thank you Carol and the rest of the team at Martin & Co, I am very happy in my new home!

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
