   We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up....    This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents.    I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.... Read more
