Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.

Excellent service at an extremely reasonable price . From the initial valuation appointment , through the sales process and on to an offer being accepted Osbournes offered excellent communication, professionalism and a willingness to go the extra mile. They were a pleasure to work with and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling their property - I honestly believe I would still be waiting for a buyer if I had used the other agents in my shortlist. Osbournes gave by far the most professional presentation and valuation and then followed it through all the way to a sale in a short timescale.

I have used Osbornes services both when buying and then selling my property. Both experiences have been very pleasant. I made an offer for a house and made it clear that I was waiting for the money as the mortgage was approved but they became insistent and threatened that they would put the property back on the market. I was very clear from the start. I realized it wasn't a good deal so I withdrew the offer. Unclear agency. Too hasty.

The service we received from viewing the property for the first time right up to completion was amazing. Do i trust this company ( no ) never again
After spending a number of hours with this company looking at property
and finding the wright property you love.
Osborne don't put the offer forward but try and get you to offer more calls after calls to Osborn never any feed back.
even after you up the offer refused to contact the seller.
then find out that the property was sold for less then the offer i made.
sad sad sad never trust this Estate Agent again be very careful.

After more than a year with two different estate agents and only one viewing we moved to Osborne and, without dropping the price, we got multiple viewings and a firm offer within a month(a wet December). That sale fell through but again Osborne provided us with a seemingly continuous line of viewers, a buyer was found five weeks later and we completed today. The staff at Osborne estates have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Not only friendly and helpful but also knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for everything

Nothing but praise from me. Their service was second to none. We had one offer within 3 days of marketing the property, this was unfortunately withdrawn but we had another offer 2 days later that led to a sale.

Right I cant believe some reviews on this site, I moved from Spain to Wales and had to do it all through Osbornes via E Mail and they made my move a pleasure and not one hic up at all. the staff were great and helped every step of the way. Friendly happy people and great at there job.
Would never use another agent if I ever sold my house.

I have used their website on a regular basis to find a property as my previous house was to big for my wife and I. Having found a few properties we wanted to view I went to their offices and arranged to view one and the staff were very helpful and view another a week later however when I went to arrange a viewing on a 3rd property their attitude changed and this time a lady was very abrupt and it was obvious I wasn't going to view that property if she had to arrange it. I was fortunate that I was able to view a few properties in Porth / Tonyrefail through another local estate and purchased it recently. I would never use Osborne Estate Agents again. Alan
