Literally the opposite of helpful when trying to find somewhere to rent- 11th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Brianna was a dream to deal with and helped us find a gorgeous rental property in Beaconsfield. Having been a home owner for over 20 years moving into the current rental market, where demand exceeds supply, is a daunting challenge, especially as a dog owner! I have met many agents in this process, many sadly who are cold and unhelpful. Brianna was a breath of fresh air, kind, friendly, helpful and professional looking after the needs of both the tenant and the landlord which is totally refreshing and much appreciated. Great communication and super efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you Brianna.

But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!

30th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.
8th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)We rented a house through Wilson Heal for over 5 years and having used a few agents over the years, they were definitely the best. The staff are very friendly and if you have any problems during the tenancy they are quick to sort them out. Mainly we had contact through emails which I prefer because you have a written record of decisions etc but they were at the end of the phone if needed. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent a home.

2nd Jan 2025 (17 days ago)We had struggled to sell out shared ownership flat for months with Whitenights. We had sold, but the previous chain fell apart. Whitenights found a series of completely unsuitable buyers, causing us to lose the previous property that we were buying. We changed to Sarah & Georgina at Avocado, who were a breath of fresh air. Found us the right buyer- even when a sale fell through again, and went the extra mile at every single step of the way. Such as doing the vetting for Housing solutions up front, to reduce chance of people dropping out. We remain convinced that the only reason we moved is because of Sarah & Georgina's expertise & dedication
