But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!

The Letting Office have always been helpful and informative; in particular Sonja Broderick who always has time to listen to us. During our time we have had a number of property managers; currently Antony Bacon. Have to say Antony has been the best! He has been pleasant and helpful particularly now when we are dealing with a leak which had gone undetected for some time. He understands how we are feeling about the whole thing, is communicative with progress, and always willing to chase contractors to keep things moving.

From day 1 they were head and shoulders above the other agents I had tried, both long established in the town. From communication to marketing my property and finally selling and getting the sale through to completion. Highly Recommended!!!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. She is amazing...so warm and friendly and I felt that she was really invested in selling my house for me and that she loves her job. At the same time Shannon is extremely professional and explained everything about the process to me . The communication is fabulous and she sorted out everything for me. Shannon sold my house to the second viewer. I particularly like that Shannon, and her colleague Joe, did all the viewings which takes a lot of pressure off. My experience has been great.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
