(1 Star)<br><br>This has been the worst letting agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy I experienced poor communication, delays in dealing with issues, and a lack of professionalism. After moving out, my deposit remained unresolved for several months, causing significant stress and financial hardship while I was trying to secure new accommodation.<br><br>A dispute was raised through TDS, and despite being given ample time to provide evidence, the matter had to proceed through the formal dispute process. The handling of the situation left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency based on my personal experience. Tenants should make sure they keep detailed records of all communications, photographs, and documents throughout their tenancy.<br><br>This review reflects my genuine experience as a tenant.

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. I tried to use a previous estate agent but found them to be uncommunicative, obstructive and economical with the truth. Jackson O'Rourke are the complete opposite. Special mention must go to Andre Silva who went above and beyond to sell my property. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.
10th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.- 2nd Aug 2026 (2 days ago)I recommend Oakwood Estates Maidenhead because the staff are all very professional, polite and dedicated. Natalie in particular was impeccabile throughout our sale, she is very good at her job, and she always kept us updated at every point. I trusted Natalie to always keep in touch and phone me and always available to help. She is one step ahead. Thank you Natalie! Good job.

We started to view houses for the 2 weeks and they have been excellent with the service and Ella has been wondeful to help us find houses and answer any questions we had during the viewings and this has been stress-free. I highly recommend Coopers ??????
24th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I had an excellent process from start to finish with Who Property,<br><br>From my first viewing to keys in hand took around 6 weeks, being my first property I thought it would take long than this.<br><br>The whole process was smooth and I was kept up to date by David every step of the way.<br><br>I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.
