I received the most appalling treatment by the man who was answering my calls to try and arrange a viewing one of this agency's rental properties. For over the course of more than a week, I had to chase them repeatedly because I wasn't receiving any updates. One member of staff had previously told me the delay was because they were unable to reach the current tenant. However, when this man answered my calls, I was given a completely different explanation. The most concerning part was the way I was spoken to. I had previously asked a simple question to ask about what the neighbours were like, which is a perfectly reasonable question when considering where to live. Instead of answering professionally or simply saying they couldn't comment, he sighed, even raised his voice, and told me it's an 'unusual request'. He also repeatedly mentioned a 'difficult neighbour' in the building, despite the fact this had nothing to do with the viewing as he was not living adjacent to the flat I was enquiring about, it was also unrelated to the questions I was asking. Throughout the conversation I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing him to simply arrange a viewing. Other agencies have been professional and tried to help me, instead I received total disrespect and was shouted at over the phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and 0 respect towards customers. It's no wonder there are so many 1 star reviews saying how rude they are. Avoid.... Read more
