Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Having known people who have successfully sold through Symonds and Greenham and being impressed by their social media marketing they were my first choice of estate agents. Sadly my experience was not positive from the point of signing up onwards. Lack of communication throughout, photos taken for the listing but then nothing went out on social media and when I queried was told ‘that needed a different camera’ Why not do the two together instead of putting me to the bother of getting the house perfect for a second time, the video was never done at all despite several enquiries. Viewings were not always fed back in a timely manner, occasions I’ve just had to find out visiting the dashboard which often was not updated, other times it’s simply been a text message which I find incredibly rude. I’m the customer at least make the effort to speak to me rather than a cold text. Sadly due to all this and nearly a year on the market the house is still not sold and I ultimately made the decision to give notice to them. Would I recommend them, sadly no I would not!... Read more

Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion....
