1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

4th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Recently bought a house through Rezee (Hull) and honestly the process was way smoother than I expected. Doing it this way really does cut out that whole gazumping nightmare you hear about with normal sales, which was the main reason I went for it in the first place.<br><br>Communication was good throughout and things moved at a decent pace. Would definitely use Rezee again for future purchases.<br><br>Thanks again!
