Started off by really great communication via phone calls and texts. Confirmation of appointment, double checking I would still be attending at allotted time.
Lovely friendly greeting at the property by Daisy who let us wander around at our own pace. She was then available to answer any questions I had and offer up more information if needed.

I’ve had several viewings with this agency, and they’ve always been very quick to follow up and arrange appointments. I’ve consistently had a positive experience with them.
I’ve gone on viewings a few times with Daisy and also with Sharon, and both were very friendly and helpful throughout.
Unfortunately, I haven’t found my ideal home yet, but I’m always happy to keep working with this agency and would definitely recommend them.

I don’t rent with them currently but I have in the past, when I rented with them it was originally Larards Let’s then these guys took over and they were absolutely amazing! Very kind, professional and always on the ball with any repairs, the house I was in was immaculate and nicely decorated when we moved in, I cannot fault them in any way, and I hope to rent from them in the future!

Recently exited a house I had used for about 8 years. I'd let the garden go a bit, so agreed with them a course of action to remediate before I left. My deposit was returned without issues.
I will say that staff are always friendly and reasonable to deal with - I'd use them again should the need arise.
I mostly dealt with Rachel at the Hessle office who was always friendly and helpful.

Tracey was so efficient with the paperwork and referencing. and it's nice to be able to talk to someone rather that "just" using the app - the app could be a little more user friendly though. Linley and Simpson hessle branch. As a block manager I work with many letting agents. I have found Linley and Simpson to be one of the best. They are very professional with a genuine caring touch, if you have tenants Linley and Simpson work very hard to ensure their needs are met and work well with myself as a block manager, to ensure tenants have a seem less transition when they move in on site. During the tenants stay at a site they also make Sure that all updates are passed on to tenants ensuring that the tenants are fully aware of upcoming works etc in a timely manner.
I know when I pick up the phone no matter what, I am going to get a pleasant, proactive, professional response from them at all times.

From the first phone call I made enquiring about a flat for my mum, Tracy and Richard could not have been more helpful. At the viewing Richard was very knowledgeable about the flat and the area the flat was located. Over the years I have tried a number of Letting Agents, but the people at the Hessle Office are by far the best as they are so kind and genuinely seem to care about getting you the best possible tenants. Richard is an absolute superstar and is so patient. He takes the most amazing marketing photos and then does all the viewings himself, so that he personally meets all of the prospective tenants, and as I result of this level of care and professionalism, I now have some fantastic tenants.
A friend of mine was really anxious about letting one of her properties again after a negative experience with another agent, so I recommended the Hessle office, and Sonya was absolutely brilliant with my friend, visiting the property and completely putting my friends mind at rest that Sonya and the team really cared about getting her the right tenant. It is so nice to know that you have a team that really care working on your behalf.

I have just recently signed a tenancy agreement for a property with Linley & Simpson.
Sonia met me at the property for the viewing, she gave me all the relevant information, listened to any questions I had, the full viewing was great, not rushed and really relaxed. Sonia also took into consideration my circumstances and why this property would be perfect for me, she is a credit to the company.
Once the landlord had accepted my application the full team has been very efficient getting all the information and references sorted and everything signed I can not complain! And can’t wait to rent the property with this estate agents.
The full team have been great!

We have used many agents in the past but it seems that L&S really know their stuff - they don't just take their fee but genuinely work hard when issues arise and are keen to assist and resolve them .
