18th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

Despite a turbulent journey with the chain collapsing twice, the team at Christies did a fantastic job. Communication throughout was exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Special mention to Andrew who was particularly helpful and professional throughout.

They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)

They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. They have answered every email I've sent. After reading the reviews I thought I'd leave one of my experience. They were accessible, professional and empathetic. We are particularly grateful to Sam Burston and Michelle Wilmot for their active roles and prompt communication. Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job. The sale was complicated due to needing Probate to be granted prior to the sale. Harrison quickly marketed the property explaining to the potential buyers the implications of waiting for probate. His communication to us and our buyer was clear and concise throughout the sale. His admin team were also brilliant providing information quickly when we had any queries.
