15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
16th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Liars and thieves. Throughout our tenancy, we had a good relationship with Christie, paid our rent on time, made accommodations for regular inspections, and got along fine. End of the tenancy comes (due to the landlord increasing the rent beyond which we could afford - one Christie's employee actually had the gall to say we'd put the landlord in a difficult financial position!) and it's the same old story: we spent two days scrubbing the place and used a carpet cleaner on the carpets and they want to take half the deposit for professional cleaning. The fighting continues...

They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)

Susan and Les were so helpful and kind throughout the whole process and quite honestly I don’t know how we would have done it without them! They went above and beyond on many occasions and we can’t thank them enough!
4th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)We had 3 separate team members selling our home but failed to explain the basics when asked a simple question of our heating supply as we are of the main gas grid. Unf, the agents failed to identify the difference between the two large double bedrooms aswell as the Woodburner in the lounge area. On one occasion, the male agent left our property unlocked when he left with the potential buyers and after we returned home 2hrs.later nothing had been stolen thankfully.- 20th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Such a friendly, understanding and professional team. 12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
7th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Best renting agency in Hereford so far .Thank you Mr.Lucas for your help, very helpful and polite too.We have looked for a three bed house but we did not liked it , but next day Mr. Lucas came back with another offer for viewing and in not even three days we have signed for our new rental house .The checking process is very fast and fair through a online checking company , everything online and easy to manage . Thank you , I will definitely recommend Sunderlands Hereford agency. Good job ????
