Enquired about a cottage for me my girfriend and a 10 month son in a peacefull rural area in Brecon and offered to pay 6 months for a full tenancy agreemenet + depozit RIGHT AWAY,explained our circumstances that 12 months ago my girlfriend was diagnosed with cancer and therefore she had to start claiming benefits as she just gave premature birth i had to stop running my courrier business and be by my girlfriends and sons side at a family crisis, explained we have a crafting business that is about to launch, told them that nature is just what were looking for, lady that i first spoke to was nice and corrected me for mispronouncing the town name wrong which i didnt took any offence i mean i did spoke to her with an american accent, i explained her as much as she wanted to hear and she told me she will talk with the landlord and get back to me, i did forget to ask her name. I waited 6 hours and thought ill call her back and see what the situation is. When i rang the 2nd time again a woman answered ( im not sure if its the same one) i asked if she remembers she didnt say she was or not,but instead made a very short conversation long by waiting till i pronounce the towns name, before i said it i apologized if i pronounce it wrong and i pronounced it (i was very polite through all the phone calls) than she right away took offence that i pronounced it wrong than said she knows who i am and than said that the landlord told her that they dont want DSS cuss the landlord want someone who wants to rent longer for than 6 months, but in the advertisement they personaly wrote in the description minimum 6 months she also added that we want to run our business and the landlord doesnt approve of that even tho its crafting which she didnt even remembered what business we want to run, the woman to me felt like a compulsive liar and a person who gets really offended over own personal belief, really unethical company.
Ill add
The woman said that the landlord told her our situation is unaceptable which is very hurting.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
