Girls were ver friendly and appeared to be very helpful. Made me jump various hurdles due to my circumstances and still turned around at the end of the call and said that they weren’t going to start the referencing process, even though I was very much under the impression that it had already started. Disappointed to be honest, after having my hopes built up yet again! I’d agreed a guarantor AND 6 months payment up front… what more can someone do? I hope my situation was just a one off because I couldn’t even finish the call I was so gutted Surely 6 months rent up front is better than an empty property…?... Read more
