They are very knowledgeable about the local market and their advice was always spot on. We were really impressed by their energy in arranging viewings and finding a buyer in the middle of winter. They were also very helpful in getting the sale over the line.

10th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I contacted Strutt & Parker in Exeter to sell my late parents home in Sidmouth. Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel
4th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! 25th Mar 2025 (4 weeks ago)Managed to buy a house over the phone while on holiday in France. We'd previously seen a house listed on the Symonds and Sampson website that matched our criteria but it was sold STC. Then i got a Rightmove notification that it was back on the market. Matt from the Beaminster office wouldn't let me proceed to buy it without a viewing so arranged a tour of the house via Face Time. Anyway, bizarre as it sounds and all credit to Matt its now my house. Matt was great. Good communication all the way, very proactive and managed to keep things moving along. Way better than the agent i'm using to sell my house. A nice bottle of red on completion too.
