From the valuation of my mother's property,through to the final phonecall to check the move went smoothly, Stags have provided the most professional, reliable service when selling her house. The brochures produced were of the highest quality, the viewings were arranged effectively and efficiently and the property was sold in a matter of weeks. They managed to secure a deal well in excess of the guide price. They were excellent at keeping me informed throughout what is a stressful process and were always quick to return my calls. We asked three different Bridport agents for a valuation of our home of twenty years. With the market being very buoyant we were very unsure of the value of our house. I purchased a property through Stags and dealt with Phillipa as my primary contact and Issabel a couple of times.
Phillipa is a huge asset to the team being responsive, helpful, professional and returning calls when asked to contact.
In 25 years of buying houses I have not had such service.
