24th Apr 2024 (2 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

She has managed my rental property for a number of years now and is a real asset; professional, efficient, fast to respond and always happy and available to answer any questions. I feel very secure and confident in Stephanie’s hands. She is fab!!

We started looking for a property, and he was always informing us about any new ones coming to the market. He was engaging, absolutely fantastic and arranging viewings, and took his time to ensure they were suitable for us. Alfie is such a great, young, optimistic person. If you're looking for a property, reach out to him, and he will definitely find something for you.
28th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Booked-in for a viewing on the 28th March of a 1bd flat in Wandsworth but, when I arrived, the agent said the landlord provided an incorrect address and the flat available for a viewing is a studio and not a 1bd, for the very same price. Completely unprofessional timewasters.

I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! There were numerous delays due to a break in the chain on my side but the support and communication from the sales progression team was great and although it took longer than expected it still didn’t feel too stressful!

24th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.
5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!
3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.

17th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Dodgy business practice with Andrew entering flats without permission from renters. Exceptionally rude and entitled attitude. The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!

Worked around the clock to ensure we were updated with any information revelant to the sale of the house. Mr Cole was very prompt and professional from the first day of showing the property. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others, for their services. I would go as far as to say that we were blessed when we decided you secure the services of Cole Harding. 9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Target Property has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and unreliable agency to work with. Despite numerous attempts to contact them regarding property viewings and inquiries, they consistently ignore emails and fail to return phone calls. Their lack of communication is astounding - not once have I been able to speak with a representative directly, as my calls always end up in voicemail with no follow-up. Even when I took the initiative to visit their office in person, hoping to get some assistance, I was met with indifference and apathy. It's disheartening to know that I'm not alone in experiencing such poor service from Target Property. Talking to others who have dealt with them recently, it's clear that my experience is not isolated. In conclusion, I would strongly caution anyone against using Target Property for their real estate needs. Their utter disregard for customer inquiries and unprofessional behavior make them a regrettable choice for anyone in search of a reliable property agency.
