The valuation was honest, a buyer emerged swiftly, communication was always good and calls were returned promptly. But it was Rocco’s preparedness to pick up the phone and ensure no last minute delays which got the sale over the line with no last minute hitches. If I had another house to sell I’d use Wm H Brown again

They were very professional and kept us updated at all times, keeping it stress free . 21st Sep 2024 (17 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

23rd Dec 2024 (29 days ago)I personally had a brilliant experience with Havilands. Ater looking for a property for over 1 year i changed areas i was viewing ,and came across Havilands. How refreshing from most of the other estate agents, mostly terrible. I had a 3 man team working with me Jordan who showed me the property i purchased. Jordan didn't try any hard sell answered my questions what he didn't know he didn't fob me off as if he knew, but said he would find out and get back to me. Again which was refreshing from some other estate agents. Also gave me really handy tips on solicitors not linked to Havilands to make the process run as smoothly as possible, as opposed to the generic one i was initially going to use. James, who was the essence of calm, and reassurance. Buying property can be such a nerve racking experience as it's a massive commitment. James provided that calmness required. was very quick and responsive to my queries. Also provided some valuable links. Katie, was the driving force who ensured everyone did what they had to do making sure i did what i had to do chasing the sellers if required, was like a bundle of energy. If you are a serious buyer and you really want your deal to go through quickly this is the team for you. As long as you are responsive, they will do the rest. My deal went through in 8 weeks from offer to completion, obviously the seller also has to be as responsive, Katie will be on the case if they are not.
17th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)Can’t praise these guys enough! Especially Jordan Falco. Moved for the 1st time in 20 years and on my own! It was all daunting but they have literally held my hand the whole way through! Couldn’t have made it any easier for me! What’s even better is the whole team are approachable and you know you’re being looked after. They have your best interests at heart and are not just thinking of the commission. Being able to pick up the phone and chat was so refreshing! So if you’re looking for a dynamic team that will help you right through the process then these are the guys! Oh and lucky that Jack is cute as he can really sell a house on video!! Absolutely bloody fantastic ?? Thanks guys!

22nd Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Moving places for me overall was not great. The main issue was the lack of urgency when issues with the flat arose. For example, the lock on my door broke and I was unable to access any of my belonging or medications. After contacting moving places that evening, I was told to expect a call that evening to get access to my room. After having to chase up the issue the next day multiple times, they only arrived on the property the next evening, just to see if one of their estate agents could open the door, despite myself and multiple others trying. I explained multiple times the urgency of this issue as I couldn’t access any of my belongings but they didn’t seem to care. A locksmith was send the following morning which was good but late. We had many changes in estate agents for our property, meaning we would have to call multiple times and explain issues to multiple different people.
