1st Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)A first class all round service from Bond Oxborough, Bude. Alex carried out the initial appraisal and valuation, very personable, professional and thorough market knowledge. Knew potential buyers straightaway, different to most estate agents who today just rely on the property portals. Demonstrated great skill finding a buyer before the property went on the open market, although this sale did not proceed, which was no fault of Alex's. A new buyer was secured within a few weeks, after a series of viewings ably carried out by Beth who provided excellent communication, help and feedback at all times. After Beth found a buyer, Tracy handled the sales progression effectively to ensure completion took place to meet the deadlines of all in the chain. The best service I have received from the many estate agents, in different parts of the country, I have dealt with over the last 4-5 years. I therefore wholeheartedly recommed Alex and his team.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

The team in Webbers have the clients best interests at heart. We are very thankful to Damion and May in particular but all the team are so polite and willing to help.

We were pleased with the brochure and on line presence of the property. Good communication throughout and help completing surveyor questionnaire while we were abroad. Enya kept us informed on day of sale. After sale when I inadvertently sent parcels yo our old address, Enya sorted this on our behalf. Great service. Have used Kivrlls before and o this performance will use them again.

All the way through the process from first viewing, making offer, visiting for measurements Will has been amazing. The team has always responded to any queries quickly as possible when raised. They even managed to get hold of our estate agents when they failed to respond to us directly. All of the service was above and beyond and would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling a property. As for Will he went above and beyond for us visited many different properties and was always available when needed.
