29th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)DR Kivell demonstrated a disgraceful lack of communication and misled me as a potential buyer after cancelling an auction. They were lazy and did not make much, if any effort to get competing offers. I am not sure they represented their client very well to get the best price. I was an unencumbered cash buyer and they could not be bothered to let me know what was going on with the sale of the property despite having a viewing in the diary and shown a lot of interest. I have made a formal complaint but David is now said to be on annual leave for 3 weeks so make your own interpretation of this. Seriously best avoided.

They clearly work really well together as a team and the business is built on strong values . Gareth was amazing through our sale . Would highly recommend.

The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.

12th Sep 2024 (12 weeks ago)We used Miller Commercial to sell our self catering holiday site. From the initial meeting with Graham (Timmins) right though to the completion of the sale, he displayed his many years of experience in selling commercial property, by supporting us through the process (which for us, was not as straight forward as it could have been) in a both professional and friendly manner. At no point did we feel that we could not contact Graham with any of our concerns, no matter how small and we were always kept informed by Graham at every stage. If you are looking to sell your business, I would recommend you contact Graham and benefit from his excellent service, just as we did.

View were 'on the ball ' , professional and efficient, keeping me informed on progress through to a successful completion in record time
27th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
11th Jun 2024 (25 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

The whole team were incredibly helpful and made this process much easier for us and I could recommend them more.
31st Jul 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
