We have recently purchased a property through Kivells in Bude.
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a proactive and professional estate agent.
Jack was exceptional, communication was easy and he returned calls when he said he would making this purchase as stress free as possible. He worked to a time frame and delivered!
I’d also like to thank Sharon for help in making this purchase so much easier. We were kept updated throughout every step of the way and never had to chase for answers.
If you need to sell or buy a property then Jack and Sharon are the people to go to!

A great team effort from Kivells in Bude that made every aspect of the sale of our property simple and relatively stress-free. Very professional advice, personable and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A few stand-out examples:
Jack helped greatly with initial marketing advice, the creation of the sales particulars, progressing the viewings and ultimately negotiating our sale with the buyer. The drone footage was great, a side of the property we’d never seen!
Sharron was amazing in her role as Sales Progressor, acting as the key between all the parties in our sales chain. Everything was properly kept in control and she really made sure our interests were strongly protected, particularly when we had difficulties finding a local property to rent whilst our new-build is completed. I don’t think we would have been able to solve the problems without her expert help. Absolutely a key aspect of the process!
Communications and guidance were regular, clear and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully.
Mark and his team all pulled together and ensured everything went smoothly.
I have no hesitation recommending Kivells as a go-to agent for selling a property, service and staff are first class, thank you all!

We can't thank Kivells enough for all their hard work regarding our process to buying a property, the selling was easy, they advertised our home wonderfully, great pictures & drone photography guiding us with a good realistic estimate of price to enable to sell,
Mark, Sharron & team with all the hurdles in the beginning what with being gazumped on our first property, then the debacle with the 2nd seller's estate agents withholding information in the result of having to start the process again, if Sharron had not challenged the information by the seller's estate agent, we could have potentially lost our buyer down to the time & process.
The communication throughout this journey has been extremely helpful, guiding us through our challenges, keeping & informing our buyer to all our challenges we had experienced.
However, we got there, so a big thank you to Mark, Sharron & the team, for the excellent customer service, good communication with great professionalism throughout.
You come highly recommended & the above is the reason why, keep doing what you do best.

The initial valuation was very professional, yet friendly, and the fact that he had previously sold an Orchard a few years ago, to the fantastic drone footage, and feedback from him as well as his wonderful team.
