Dan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the sale of our property in Cobham, and a genuine pleasure to deal with.<br><br>This isn’t the first property I have sold with Dan, and the fact that I’ve chosen to use him again speaks volumes. He made the whole process straightforward and was always approachable, helpful and on hand whenever I needed him.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dan and the team at Knight Frank again, and we look forward to working with them on the next sale.

Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

Thanks so much to Millie and the team for their hard work in quickly putting together a full chain that stayed in place all the way to completion. Highly recommended.
26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. 15th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Unfortunately they were not proactive and the person accompanying the viewings was lacklustre. The feedback was requested by email and through an online form so again there was no positive interaction with viewers to encourage them to get over any concerns they may have had, the feedback given by the second and last viewer was that the decor wasn’t to their liking! I took the property off the market as the only thing they were going to do was want it reduced in price despite pretty much just putting it on rightmove and expecting the house and rightmove to do all the work.
