Both my wife and I have felt like we have been managed very professionally and allowed the flexibility we needed throughout the process. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but KF seemed to do everything in their power to get us to our desired outcome. I know when we next need these services we’ll be knocking on the door at the Cobham branch and asking for Victoria.

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

I originally used them as my letting agent for over 10 years, and because of that positive experience, I decided to instruct them for the sale of my property as well.<br><br>It turned out to be a fantastic decision. We were looking for a house for a few months and met with lots of different agents in that time, but Sat was stand out for us - very patient with our questions, proactive about thinking of us for upcoming properties, and kept as as informed as he could. Thanks for everything!
15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Unfortunately they were not proactive and the person accompanying the viewings was lacklustre. The feedback was requested by email and through an online form so again there was no positive interaction with viewers to encourage them to get over any concerns they may have had, the feedback given by the second and last viewer was that the decor wasn’t to their liking! I took the property off the market as the only thing they were going to do was want it reduced in price despite pretty much just putting it on rightmove and expecting the house and rightmove to do all the work.

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
