we have spent 6 months looking for a house (waiting to complete on our complicated sale) Abbie was one of the first agents we signed up with, she took down all our details and what we were looking for and was brilliant at giving us a ring when she thought something we might like came up. She didn't try and convince us to look at things she knew wouldn't work. we signed up with 2 other agents and the service didn't match abbie at all, it was nice to know that she was thinking of us as houses came up. I would definitely recommend bridgefords as a lovely friendly and thoughtful agency.

Bridgfords in Buxton have been so helpful in our search for our new home in Buxton. Abbie looked after us in every way helping us to locate appropriate properties to view, contacting vendors and arranging appointments for us. She always met us promptly and was able to show us around several houses. We were very impressed by her kind and supportive approach. Abbie was full of local knowledge and was very familiar with the properties she showed to us and able to answer all of our questions.

We have recently sold our home of nearly 10 years and bought a brand new property. We chose Bridgfords after careful consideration because we knew they had an excellent reputation locally and had some previous experience with them. We haven’t been disappointed.

From the outset John who came to do a thorough, honest and accurate valuation, was brilliant. His local knowledge and experience is immense and his advice has time and again been measured and incredibly helpful.

Once we had decided to market with Bridgfords the team came to see our house so they could get a feel for it and help to find buyers that would be happy there. Pretty much before it was even on the market they had a list of buyers that might be interested.

Abbie is a wonderful asset to the office and is so approachable, warm and friendly and was so efficient and helpful, keeping us informed all the way along and setting up viewings. Nothing is too much trouble and both ladies in the office are so thoughtful and proactive and that makes all the difference.

Judy really supported us so much once we had a buyer and used her immense experience and wisdom to help us nevotiate the best price for the home we loved. She understood our frustrations when we had them, bent over backwards to move things forward for us, going out of her way on many occasions to help us get a sale we were happy with, understanding that it wasn’t just bricks and mortar we were selling but our home which we had been so invested in.

The whole team have been absolutely fantastic and have time and again supported us above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. I really cannot praise them enough.

If you are looking for an estate agents that will go the extra mile, this is it. They have helped us find the right buyer for our home who loves it as much as we have and have helped us navigate through a process that can sometimes be difficult, but their professionalism, knowledge and experience have got us all through and everyone is happy and settled now in new homes that we love. We are deeply grateful to everyone at Bridgfords for everything they have done, I’m sure if we’d been with a different estate agent it would have been a much more stressful process.

Sold my flat within 3 weeks of being on the market. Very helpful and easily available on the phone. Online advert wording wasn’t the best and 360 vid never actually got put up. But the photos were great and they lined up viewings from potential buyers before the advert even went live. They were flexible with viewings, keeping them all around 4:30pm since my partner works nights. They’ve been great so far in the post-sales process.

Very impressed with the lettings team. Isabelle and Jess especially. They where able to get my property let within 2 days of being on the market. Without much of a gap between tenants. Once agreed I was kept informed every step of the way. They deserve the 5 star rating.
