4th Jan 2025 (15 weeks ago)I was extremely impressed by the service and the professionalism of the staff at Fraser Wood. From the start of the process to the sale of the house, the advice and communication was first class. The sale was dealt with sensitively and I cannot recommend the company enough.
16th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.

Relocating from Nottingham with my family, I needed a property in a good environment suitable for family living. Devon was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. 12th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)Managed to ask Belvoir to increase asking price and it worked with offers coming in close and i one case exceeding the value. Also managed to reduce their fees which all helped. Excellent that can be contacted anytime and calls are returned
1st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

Paul Carr Estate Agents and we have not been disappointed. From the moment Martin did the valuation, through to achieving the sale. Julie and Tracey have been at the other end of the phone for any problems or questions we have and nothing is ever too much for them. We would definitely recommend Paul Carr Estate Agents to sell your home. 2022... How can we describe Paul Carr… simple… the best estate agent around. From the initial valuation, through to us completing on our purchase, they provided a really personal touch throughout the end to end journey. It was not always plain sailing, but whether it be Bernadette, James or Julie, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to listen, give advice and go the extra mile to help us through the move. Often keeping us sane at times when you want to pull your hair out!!! Bernie’s handling of the case was exemplary, and if it wasn’t for James, we would not have found our perfect home. The customer service was first class, we will always recommend you to people who are thinking of selling. A huge thank you to all of you…

5th Apr 2025 (15 days ago)Where to start... our journey was not a smooth sailing one (through no one's fault, just fate!) and took us almost a year to get into our dream home but throughout that year Paul Carr Burntwood have been there through the highs and lows. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. James has gone next level with all he has done for us, certainly above and beyond and even out of working hours provided us reassurance, support and never ending patience! He truly is an asset to the company. With moving being one of the most stressful things you can ever do, James and his team will certainly be able to take the worries away - thank you all so so so much for everything <3 x
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
