12th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)At the end of tenancy, they don't respond to emails regarding the return of the deposit, TDS also didn't get any response from them , poor communication and poor service , not what you'd expect after renting from them for over 10 years . Avoid

4th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Richard James and the whole team at Rager & Roberts were always professional and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process. Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

21st Mar 2024 (28 days ago)My experience of this estate agents wasn't the best, I was trying to purchase a house and even though my offer was accepted they still did viewings on said property and thus i lost the property in the end, all in all a very stressful experience also jack (the manager) was unpleasant to deal with. Wouldn't recommend this business, just look at trustpilot.

Since selling our property Daniella Broadfield has ensured such effective and timely communication with myself and husband over the past few weeks. Not a single thing has seemed to much trouble for her, from endless amounts of emails and phone calls, she has been there to respond quickly and talk us through any worries. 1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I used john German for a house sale having read the reviews and i'm very glad that i did. The house sold very quickly after over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks. All dealings have been friendly and professional, i've been kept informed and all emails sent to them have been answered quickly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

The agent on site was very professional, friendly and keen to answer any queries.As a first time buyer I was quite nervous about the whole process. The people at Belvoir immediately put me at ease and assisted with first class contacts for mortgage advice and conveyancing. They have followed along with updates throughout the process all remaining very friendly and approachable. At no time did I feel any pressure or worry about the entire process. Thank you Belvoir.
