I can not recommend Belvoir enough. We had been on the market for 7 months with another agent and had one sale fall through due to our Buyer not actually having the funding in place we only found this out 3 months into the process and had to collapse an entire chain. We decided to try another agent and went with Belvoir after seeing some reviews online the sales team right from the start were brilliant, particular shout out to the incredible Katy Nicholls and Lewis who secured us the best offer from a serious buyer even offering their professional advice when we received more than one offer as to who was the best buyer to go with. Once we agreed a deal we were handed over to the incredible Heidi in after sales. Heidi really is a credit to Belvoir, we had buyers who hadn’t much experience and needed a lot of encouragement to get the sale to go through. Communication to me was excellent and I am someone who needs a lot of communication and I was never made to feel like I was a pain (even when I probably was!) If I could leave a zero review then I would, absolutely disgusting experience with Penny Watson who is at the cannock office. Penny has sent emails to my daughter trying to state she is still liable for all bills at her previous address until a new tenant takes over! She also stated that my daughter can not have her deposit back until a new tenant takes over! She said my daughter was liable for damage to the door of the property because she knew the name of the person that did the damage yet my daughter was away on holiday at the time of the incident! The woman has no knowledge of the job she is doing, she has no knowledge of the lettings law! Please avoid using this company for private lettings at all costs!! I have recently moved into a 1 bedroom flat via belvoir sales and the Expericance with the staff are amazing , they was more than happy to help me with what ever I needed! If I had any questions they would be there straight away to help me with them. I moved in with flying colours and there was no problem at all! My partner and I tried to sell our house via a different main Cannock agent, the we accepted offers on the property numerous times, but the agent did very little to progress the sales. They never progressed any of the accepted offers to survey, keeping us waiting for weeks with the house off the market. The sales fell through 4 times over the course of 6 months, with the property barely being on the market during that time. We switched to Belvoir, and wow, what a difference! Within a week we had 3 offers of asking price, and progressed to best and final offers. We accepted an offer over the asking price, and that sale progressed to completion. Extreme snow weather did not stop your staff - Will, in your team went above and beyond to ensure that I and my business partner could view a property in Hednesford. We were booked to view and around 4pm after a disastrous journey from Birmingham back to my home in bondway, I called Will to cancel. He suggested he would pick us up from the bottom of my road. Finding our first property was becoming stressful until we walked into Belvoir. We met with Luke and he explained the best way to look in the current market and also got me a mortgage appointment with Dave the same day. Luke then called me to meet him at a new property which wasn’t yet on the market but he could show me around on the weekend. I agreed and I fell in love with it.
