I understand this is a relatively new role within Graham Butt, and I honestly cannot emphasise enough what a fantastic addition it is.<br><br>Laura has gone above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors, communicating with everyone involved in the chain and keeping me updated. She has been incredibly approachable, patient and reassuring, particularly during the more stressful stages of the process.<br><br>Having someone dedicated to progressing the sale and keeping everyone informed has made such a difference.
