We recently exchanged contracts and completed our sale and purchase through Cooper Adams, and overall they were excellent throughout the process. Communication was consistently strong, and they kept us updated at every stage, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful experience. The last 3 weeks became particularly difficult due to delays caused at the bottom of the chain, which unfortunately resulted in us losing our original removal company. Despite this, Cooper Adams worked hard to keep the chain together, kept the pressure on where needed, and ultimately helped get everything over the line.
