29th May 2020 (3 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

15th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Initially seemed good, however massively overvalued our house, had a farce getting a for sale sign took 6 weeks, photos were poor, description of property was drab and had several spelling mistakes. Communication was pretty much zero unless we contacted them. When we collected the key, one sales girl said to her co worker, they are going to update it then try and sell again. We hadn't said that, which makes it quite a rude thing to say in front of my wife.

They were very thorough and helped us out through out the process. I would personally like to thank Russell and Gary for what felt like a very personal approach to our sale. Would highly recommend this estate agents. Well done and thank you Russell and Gary for all your help and support.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Finding viewings for my property and then helping me through the process of accepting an offer. There has been no pressure at all from them. The communication has been first rate keeping me fully up to date with every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anybody thinking of putting their property on the market.

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am absolutely over the moon with the service, support and help I have received from Carter Jonas as a whole. I will definitely be using Carter Jonas in the future and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs help with finding a property with the help of such lovely members of staff and I do highly also recommend to work with Carter Jonas if you are moving from abroad. 26th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)I have to say we are absolutely happy with Sharman Quinney,nearly a year ago I moved into the property I am living now and I have never been so happy with a letting agency like I am with this one,Josh and Megan are amazing,they try to help as much as they can,very professional,organised,polite and caring,any issues they are both very quick to get things going so it’s sorted as quick as possible,honestly I couldn’t praise them enough they are both so lovely,if you are looking for property either to rent or you want to buy property please do contact Megan and Josh at sharman Quinney they are very helpful am very sure you will be in good hands,I will definitely recommend them in the future and one day if I move I would love to stay with sharman Quinney for a very long time specially with the great service that is being provided to me by two awesome people it is a great agency
