Their sales person looked very good and went in with a higher price than the others. However, after the first few weeks we had to chase them and once COVID kicked in the service we received from sales was poor. We got an offer just before we were plannign to move to another estate agent, and support while completign the sale process was oaky... Read more

From very first meeting always felt connected and in safe secure hands. Hense the choice of agent. Constantly updated regarding viewings and followed up in full with responses from potential buyers. Once sold again agent guided us with suggestions on solicitors etc. If needed correspondence printing they were always helpful, even going the extra mile by delivering and popping through letterbox, as they new we were trying to help mum with her relocation needs. Havnt completed on sale as yet but still Excellent agents throughout, regardless of who we spoke with at the Chatteris branch. All have been exceptional in their willingness to help however they can. 5 stars all the way thus far......... Read more
