Nothing was too much bother , Chris was very willing to do the Viewings he always told me what to expect and discussed and made sure everything was understood .Chris also took care of any negotiations in our behalf he understood what we wanted to achieve. And always tried his upmost to achieve our goals. We also took on board the information he shared with us on how to dress our house for the selling market. Chris also kept up to date with the photographs with the changing weather conditions and showed our house so it looked it’s best at all times he would refresh the pictures on line to keep the profile if our house as high as possible . worst estate agents ever 4 times I tried to view a property the first time I rang I was told "I will see if I have the keys I will ring you back" no one bothered to ring me back the second time I rang there was no one available to show me the property the third time we will ring you back and no one did the forth time again we will ring you back I will see if we have the keys for that property my advise advertise your property with someone else because they can't be bothered to sell it for you
