Lorraine was brilliant, got us on the market next day, better price point than we had thought and sold it within 2 days. Emma was fabulous at guiding us through a sale and a new purchase, she kept us updated, also helped keep us calm when we needed support and saw us all the way through to completion. I wouldn’t sell my property with anyone else. Thank you Lorraine and Emma, you were brilliant and I would highly recommend you both to anyone and GH are lucky to have such exceptional people representing them.
17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Richard Lowth & Co and were delighted with the customer service and professionalism we received. Nothing was too much trouble and Janet and Emily were extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process and in particular in presenting the house for the photographs and also viewings. They continued their excellent customer service once we had sold (which was within three weeks) by proactively keeping us updated at every step of the way from the top to the bottom of the chain. We can't thank them enough and can highly recommend them without hesitation.

Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

15th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

7th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been a tenant in a property managed by Rooftops Hale for the past 6 years and found them to be exemplary. Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Selling my home with New Adventure Homes was beyond smoother than I expected and Amir and Charlotte were fantastic to deal with from day 1. They were quick to come out and value, get it on the market and to get in touch with any questions, viewings, feedback etc. Communication never dropped off - like I’ve had in the past with other agents. I was in the loop the entire time and you could see they genuinely cared about the service that you recieved from them. I have recommended them to friends and family already and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!

There have been ongoing delays in responses, a lack of clear updates, and instances where follow-up was required multiple times. This has caused unnecessary frustration and made the process more difficult than it should be. I value professionalism and clear communication, and I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future service. I would appreciate improved responsiveness and clearer communication going forward. Done
