Very slow at sorting out issues with pigeons nesting in the roof in our rental accomodation. There was pigeon poo everywhere in the garden and dead baby pigeons at times so the garden was unuseable. Also, the handles on all the cupboards were broken and they weren't replaced so we had to do it ourselves. However, when neighbours complained about our garden overgrowing they immediately forced an inspection to check the grass. The carbon monoxide detectors were out of date and then fixed only when we raised the issue. When we went to hand in our documents at the main office, it was pouring with rain and the woman wouldn't open the door and made us post the documents through the letterbox. Just very rude.... Excellent service received as a landlord. The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced.
