The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

11th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)All good until the tenancy ends. I never was a tenant to create problems or miss payments and always had a open conversation with landlords, agencies. When everything ended (not because of me but because of the landlord) half of the deposit was deducted. Raised a dispute and after almost 5 months since I moved out I got my money back minus a small fee but not almost 50% of the depoait as Gascoine and Halman claimed. Greedy is a nice term to describe them. Make sure you add everything in your entry report take pictures of every single hair dust as they will use everything to claim as much as they can from your deposit.

27th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.
