Any question I had was responded to very quickly, and I was updated thoroughly throughout. I would highly recommend my experience with Parkers. When collecting keys for the property I received a welcome box gift from Parker’s which was very kind and a thoughtful touch.

7th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend both Willaims Estate agent but also in particular Aimee and Sarah. Thank you both and wishing you all the very best for the future sales!

6th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)A big thank you to Harry and his team at the Thame Connells branch for their professionalism, expertise, always willing to go above and beyond and help with enthusiasm. It was a pleasure to deal the whole team. House was on the market for less than a week and we had an agreed sale price. If you are buying or selling they are the team to work with!- 6th Feb 2021 (4 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

27th Jun 2024 (8 mo. ago)Called to book a viewing when a property came to rightmove. The conversation with a gentleman at Colombs lasted under 60 seconds. I was told viewings were not being scheduled yet and I would be called back to arrange once dates were known and they confirmed my phone number. That was my first experience. No details were even asked of me. I followed up with an email as I got the sense Colombs had no intention of calling me back. This and my next email went ignored. I then phoned 2 weeks later to find out viewings had commenced and offers placed and so the property was no longer available. Terrible service. Not good for prospective tenants but even worse for the fee paying landlord given Colombs do not know our position I.e. we could offer higher than the asking price and we could pay the whole years rent up front etc.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.

Francis and his team are a breath of fresh air, offering a truly human and humane experience through a process which is traditionally filled with anxiety, tight deadlines and processes which often lack clarity causing additional stress. The 360 Properties team has made it all an experience which was fast, transparent and easy! Real-time progress dashboards, extremely responsive messaging back and forth and a team, that fought battles and resolved challenges for me, one after the other, sometimes without my knowing, even. What else can anyone ask for? I wholeheartedly and passionately recommend 360 Properties, Francis and his team for selling or renting your house.
