He always seemed to know exactly what was going on at any given moment, kept us informed, and was incredibly quick to deliver on anything he said he would do. We never felt like we needed to chase him for an update, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process. Charlie genuinely went above and beyond the remit of his role to help keep everything moving and make sure we got to completion. His communication, professionalism and willingness to help were outstanding from start to finish. Jayson Wicks also deserves a special mention for his support throughout the process and for helping everything come together. A huge thank you to Charlie, Jayson and the team at Parker’s Chinnor.
