21st Aug 2024 (16 weeks ago)The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .
7th Dec 2024 (5 days ago)The team at Peter David were very friendly and helpful. They conducted all viewings for us and were very responsive to any queries and very proactive in keeping us informed. We would recommend them.

15th Nov 2024 (27 days ago)Terrible estate agents, way too greedy, houses are way overpriced, just remember it is the estate agents who value your property for market, for some reason they think they have some sort off power, when ringing up to place an offer on a property, it will back fire, can already see it through out property market houses been reduced by 15-20k more and more estate agents need exposing for been too greedy and overvaluing property
5th Jan 2024 (11 mo. ago)Open and honest policy regarding fees, house appropriately valued and marketed, professional photographer attended to obtain the sales photos. Amy and Jenny have remained in touch throughout the sales process and been very helpful.

1st Dec 2024 (11 days ago)I bought my first own place through this agency. They were good with arranging the viewing and the handling the offers BUT after my offer was approved MY solicitors had a hard time to get them to settle on the contract exchange and completion dates and finally after (with delays) I moved in they were reluctant to help me contacting the seller who left a lot of mess and damage behind. WOULD AVOID THEM! PS Their response just shows they don't even apologize just keep blaming others. The sellers were and stay awful to the point that I had to chuck their Ring doorbell because they wouldn't transfer it over for 6 months I kept asking.

Morgan has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process—always going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Amanda has also been fantastic, providing consistent guidance and support whenever needed. Their willingness to help at every step made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to manage. They were both incredibly helpful, understanding, and supportive from start to finish. Thank you both for your dedication and professionalism. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you!

17th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)Terrible estate agents! Preys on the poor by providing shoddy and in many circumstances illegal places to live (no running water, black mould problems, unclean communal areas) and then refuses deposits back when tennants no longer want to reside! I would stay clear.

23rd Nov 2024 (19 days ago)Home and Manor gate a valuation lower than some but explained the rationale. It was an open discussion led by an expert. This has led to 7 viewings and the plot being sold after several viewings. The agents have been at most viewings and have been proactive at gathering feedback and keeping in touch to discuss options and next steps. I'm particularly pleased they have a member of the team to support conveyancing. As my experience of selling has been much better with this support previously.
