I have dealt with the Cleckheaton and Birkenshaw offices and staff at both are very professional and friendly. My recent purchase was not a straightforward one but all the staff , Nicky in particular, were patient and knowledgeable. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I find the staff very rude when speaking to to customers. Customer services goes a long way but in this case its non existence. I'm a recruiter so I undestand how working well with people goes a long way and Robert Watts could learn from some customer service training.

Many years ago sold our house through Birkenshaw Office and was highly satisfied with service provided. When daughter asked for my advice on who to use for selling her house some years ago I recommended Robert Watts and she proceeded to a fast and speedy sale from Cleckheaton Office. She has since used them again to purchase her present property and I was involved in this transaction with her. The service by friendly efficient staff she received was again first class. Highly recommend this friendly family business.

I have both bought and sold properties through Robert Watts, both the Cleckheaton and the Birkenshaw offices and on each occasion i received brilliant service. I found the staff in both offices really helpful, they kept me updated with each sale and i was given good property advice when i needed it.I found both offices courteous, professional and easy to deal with and more importantly got the sale done in an effective way. James and John who run the offices were outstanding and could not have done any more in order to help me and give me advice.
I would highly recommend Robert Watts whether buying or Selling your property.
