   Very disappointing experience with Your Move, especially as this was our first home purchase.<br>Before completion, we were clearly told and also confirmed by email that the property would be cleaned and all the rubbish and full bins would be removed before we received the keys. Unfortunately, when we collected the keys and entered the property, none of this had been done.<br>We contacted the agency immediately and were told they would speak to the owner and get back to us, but we received no further response.<br>Throughout the buying process, we also experienced issues where what we were told verbally did not always match what later appeared in the paperwork. This made the whole process stressful and difficult.<br>Buying our first home should have been a special and happy moment for our family. Sadly, the way the keys were handed over and the lack of support afterwards made the experience even more disappointing.<br>My advice to anyone buying through Your Move is to double-check everything yourself before transferring the funds, even if you have received confirmation that something will be done. Don't simply rely on promises — make sure everything is actually completed before completion.<br>I’m sharing this review so future buyers can be aware and avoid having the same experience....    I cannot praise Sharman Quinney enough. We worked with Lauren Jones, who helped us sell our house extremely quickly after we had found a house we loved. Unfortunately, we missed out on the original property but Lauren and the team went door knocking locally to find us an alternative property that we loved even more that we have had our offer accepted on, all in the space of around 2 weeks!<br>Communication with Lauren and the team is excellent, no matter who you speak to on the phone everyone has knowledge of where you’re at in the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>We would definitely recommend and would work with Sharman Quinney again in the future.<br><br>Lauren, thank you so much!...    Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step....
