We purchased our first home via KW. Our agent were Kristian Costas and Christos Polyvou..
Whilst the initial interactions were great, and they were clearly responsive throughout - we found out in the process that Kristian lived at the property and his mother was the seller. However we didn’t of course mention that at any point.
There were various instances where attempts were made to what we believe hide essential facts about the property, such that they were discovered late in the process.
Examples include :
1. advising us we should request the survey after the mortgage has been approved (clearly to delay the survey),
2. providing us a slot for survey 2 weeks after the request,
3. rejecting our request to visit the property alongside the surveyor, but after they have left (so we couldn’t ask questions while there!).
4. Rejecting request to access the property before exchange, whilst the seller had already moved out. Our exchange and completion was 2 days apart, so on completion day we found a lot of loose broken furniture in the house (inside bedrooms, shed, garden). Kristian (and his mother) refused to take care of the broken mess, whilst it was clearly stated in the fitting and content forms only fitted furniture is to be left.
5. Kristian’s sister impatiently knocking on our door today evening to collect her parcel, without waiting for us to provide a time for collection.

Called this estate agent multiple times. You are put through to a call centre/receptionist that has no idea about any of the properties. She takes your details and advises she will pass them onto the agent marketing the property who will call you back ASAP. After 2 days I hadn’t received a call/email so called again and followed the same process. No call or anything. Terrible service and a waste of time.

Paul Howell dealt with us in a very professional way. He produced a lot of interest in the property in a very short space of time and produced 3 good offers within a week of the property going on the market. No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail.
- Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

Clearly they have intention to take details and sort using pay scale ..ethnicity... ridiculous on thr part to take details 100 times and give the same answer.
Most unprofessional and unorganized estate out there. I have had to call multiple times for over three weeks to try and find out some details about a property and every time I have called, I have been told the same thing... "I will get someone to call you back". This never happened.

Most unprofessional and unorganized estate out there. I have had to call multiple times for over a week to try and find out some details about a property and every time I have called, I have been told the same thing... "I will get someone to call you back". This never happened. Clearly not motivated to sell properties and lack interest in customers as well as providing good customer service. The property I have been inquiring about has now been removed off the market but not even been informed about it. Do not recommend

This company typifies everything people dislike about estate agents!
Me and my partner have emailed and rang keller williams about viewing a property of theirs without any response. When I rang they didn't even take my our details to see what posion we're in, the lady just said 'it's not my property and I'll get the agent to call you".
We all know there's going to be a massive drop in the market soon and companies like this will be begging for business.... they will not be getting ours!!

I called several times & left msgs for a call back to view a house. No reply! Seller is paying them to find a buyer. They are not providing a service which buyer is paying for by ignoring calls of potential buyers. Appalling! AVOID THESE COWBOYS.

Called 3 times now trying to view a property, been told somebody will get back to me 3 times, heard nothing.
Would recommend using literally anybody else if you actually want your estate agent to do their job?
Never experienced anything like it to be honest.

Me and my partner first time buyers, mortgage ready to go with no chain... You'd think they would love people like you. Me and my partner have been in contact now 6 times in total, and each time told the same thing " Leave it with us and we will get someone to call you within an hour.. or some point today" After countless calls and emails still nothing. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Will definitely never be using this company again.
