Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!
