Buying from Strutt and Parker and their developers could seriously damage your wealth.
So many negligent mis statements and inconsistencies you'd wonder if it was the same property, but the inconsistencies didn't stop there. Strutt and Parker carried them over to the ombudsman. After years of correspondence I finally got to see the withheld details a few days before court. The inconsistent nuances to the court were revealed. The court ruled against them and in my favour.
The whole experience is devastating, I didn't want to go to court, the court didn't want it they wanted mediation, but Strutt and Parker and their developer client left no option. To place a home buying consumer in that position is extraordinary.
The tactics that an ordinary person is subjected to is extremely unpleasant and consist of dismissiveness, last minute and in court disclosures, a paltry offer to avoid costs, strikeout, bad law, feigned mediation, and feigned bundle agreement, inference to pathology – all easy to say, difficult to deal with.
They are so lucky that I could only afford small claims.
They have totally wiped me out, emotionally and financially.
