31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I have never sold a house before so I was a complete novice. I think they probably would agree that the property was a bit too far away to give a proper service. It was 40 mins away. They should not have taken it on The staff in the office were always unfailingly polite. When my son had given them a rocket, the property then sold. I thought (as it turned out) the property was put on at an unrealistic price and although I agreed that price with the Agent, I should in retrospect taken other Agents advice. The other Agents were completely correct as to what it fetched. I read all the information about how to sell houses too late. I have learned a lot.

18th May 2023 (1 year ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could- 18th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
7th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)Zero stars. I wrote my own sales brochure as they even struggled to do that. They undervalued my property and did little to get buyer interest. I did my viewings and found a buyer so their total contribution was zilch. They messed the sale up so I paid a withdrawal fee. The following Monday I listed with the brilliant Yopa but Signature relisted my house for £25k less just to cause trouble! I reported them to National Crime Agency as this is stealing personal information. We slapped a GDPR breach on the unprofessional time wasters. Zoopla and Rightmove helped me get their fake listing removed plus I arm-wrestled with Signatures 'MD'. The 'MD' is a flashy clown and the 'team' are morons. Leave well alone as they practice unethically and you'll only have problems and headaches. Yopa then showed me how it really should be done; six offers within the first four days and sold £35k over the asking price. Signature are worse than just a waste of time. Leave well alone.
