Well worth their slightly higher than average fees.
30th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Talking from a landlord's perspective, did not have good experience from start to finish. Multiple issues when tenants were in and even unresolved issues 3 months after tenants left. Would not recommend as a landlord. UPDATE: Nicole from Chester-le-street branch has been helpful. Managed to sort out issues after speaking to her. Main problem is with Reeds Rains central management team. Unfortunately, Chester-le-street branch is attached to the central team and lettings management are done under central team. Hence bad experience overall despite good branch service.

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

I received feedback on viewings and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process of letting the property. The team are excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Ben Charles again in the future.

13th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Avoid at all costs. They moved me into a flat with no working plumbing which they knew prior to the start date but neglected to tell me, they ignore emails and texts, their staff gaslight you, they turn up at your home unannounced sometimes letting themselves in and I don't think I've been treated this badly by a company ever. Do yourself a favour and deal with landlords directly. This company is not worth the premium you and the landlord have to pay and they cause more issues than they solve.

We found without exception that all team members have been highly professional, both when it came to selling our property and viewings of other properties we were looking to purchase prior to (and following) listing with them. The chain we were involved in was managed really effectively by the team, communication was generally excellent and although i didn't meet everyone in person, the service always felt personal. Thanks for helping us find an ideal family home and i want to give a big shout out to Aidan and James in particular for fielding many things for us over the course of our move. Thanks again and best wishes for the future team HB!

28th Mar 2025 (25 days ago)I had good experience for over 2 years of living in a house in TS1 managed by progression property. Cheryl is thoughtful, considerate, approachable and very active. All maintenance concerns are promptly handled by these guys. Very professional staffs.
