I am very disappointed with how this purchase was handled. It became clear that your focus was largely on the seller’s interests rather than ensuring a fair and transparent process. While I understand your role, there is still an expectation of honest and professional negotiation. The property required significant work, yet our attempts to negotiate based on its condition were dismissed without meaningful discussion. Instead of acting as an intermediary, it felt as though unrealistic expectations were being reinforced. We invested considerable time, money, and emotion, but our concerns about the property’s condition and associated risks were not taken seriously. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and fairness, and it was difficult to feel that our position was properly represented.
