4th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)PTN took over our previous property who was managed by Sarah, Sarah made sure everything was getting done if we had a issue and always kept us in the loop if any work was taking place, we've just moved out and with the help of Sarah there wasn't any stressful situations it all ran smoothly so thank you to you all for all your help.

19th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)Property may have been overvalued and marketing improved as we reduced twice and it hasn’t sold with Billinghams so we’ve moved to a new agent for a fresh look. Agent was good, it just wasn’t working for us.

They had missed out information on one of the rooms .No feedback from viewers, had to chase taylors all the time, they said they'd emailed me. No emails received, even looked in junk box . There is definitely lack of communication, not very efficient. Its changed a lot. Back 8 years ago it was a good estate agent. No idea what's happened since?

14th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)I hope i could give 0 star, Extremely disappointing experience. Communication has been consistently poor throughout my tenancy. I have made multiple attempts over several weeks via emails and calls, but responses have either been delayed or completely ignored. There has been a lack of clarity and professionalism when handling key matters such as tenancy closure, invoices, and deposit-related queries. Even when incorrect information was raised (such as an inaccurate invoice), no timely action was taken to correct it. As a tenant with time-sensitive circumstances, I expected at least basic responsiveness and accountability, which unfortunately has not been the case. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience due to the lack of communication and support. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

12th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Mr Jason was punctual, polite, and very professional. He gave us an in-depth tour of the property and provided us with great detail. Moreover, he answered all of our questions and was very candid and straightforward. In short, a first class service.
18th Apr 2026 (3 days ago)Excellent experience overall. Shaky start with some slight communication issues but these were resolved quickly and no further issues. Very good support on viewings and felt they definitely had our best interests at heart. Overall we were thoroughly impressed!
