20th Feb 2025 (26 days ago)After reading the views, I agree, a lady their very rude brushes off anything you ask her or say to her, a man their who has no clue about the houses and offers made on them, I waited 2 weeks after placing an offer and I chased them almost every single day for an answer to be told in the end the owner has accepted an offer and nothing can be done, as the solicitors have been instructed, which to me sounds like this person was allocated to having the houses from ages ago, I didn’t even get the option to counter offer or even say I’m willing to pay the asking price, ridiculous and unfair…. Avoid this estate agent not worth it…..

7th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)I was tennent for nearly 14 years and only had few issues . The office staff are very helpful . Very quick to resolve and issues . Sue goes above and beyond with her job . I have now managed to buy my home (stressful time) with the support from select . Rental prices are very reasonable here to .
16th Feb 2025 (30 days ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.

14th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)Rude. Was expecting to hear when I could pick up the keys and they forgot about me. When I messaged I had the following rude response. "You have asked for a date to collect keys, which is my understanding that you have taken a room with us None of our previous conversation states which room you have taken Your contact number does not show on our system as a proposed tenant. Unfortunately we have three agents at Genie homes so you could have taken the room with the other two agents, im just trying to help find out which property so we can arrange your keys". Unfortunately we deal with hundreds of applicants per day, so i apologise that i needed to clarify". The snotty ending was terrible. It's there fault I'm not on the system yet somehow they expect me to provide them with all the information. Out of the 3 people that worked there could have said, oh yes I know him, my bad, I'll sort it. Terrible ans unorganised. Do not use! Used another company that was brilliant.

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
