We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... He shared a lot of his own experience and local knowledge about the area, and he also took the time to explain the May 1st Act and how it impacts us as tenants, which helped us gain a much better understanding of it.
