2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I have recently renteda property from Paul Dubberley in West Bromwich. I found the staff professional and friendly. I struggled with the tech side of how things needed to be completed. Chelsea Ullman was so helpful in assisting me. I was able to go into the office at short notice and she even offered to come to my house to help. I commend the service I have received which made my move which is a very stressful time much easier.

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Disappointing. Don’t go with that. They will not return a single penny of deposit. They told us that we will get our deposit after deduction within 2 weeks. After 1 month calling again and again we got an email that they will not return our deposit. So cheap.Very bad experience.
22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)We use the Grove to sell our property in cradley heath. Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Property sold in Auction. Within 6 weeks everything was completed. Good service and all very helpfull. Bloore King &Kavanagh were very efficient. I can recommend selling by Auction if you want a quick sale.

15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I would not recommend using Taylor Estate Agents based on my experience with them. The level of customer service I received was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was a major issue throughout the process — no replies were received to emails, and getting any form of response often required repeated chasing. When contact was eventually attempted, it was still unhelpful and lacked any real detail or effort to progress things properly. Overall, it felt like there was very little interest in maintaining communication or supporting the client once initial contact had been made. Both negotiators I dealt with, Lauren and Fern, were particularly disappointing in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. Updates were rare, and I frequently had to chase just to get basic information. The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Compared to other estate agents I’ve used, Taylor Estate Agents are significantly below standard. There are far better agencies available that are more proactive, communicative, and reliable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using them, as the lack of communication and basic customer care made the entire experience frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Cannot fault abode for their professionalism, communication and getting the viewers in to view the house. Always kept us informed on any little matter, viewings and feedback . So pleased we decided to go with abode. Would not hesitate in recommending abode to anyone wanting to sell , buy or rent.

11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. I am very glad I chose to rent through g n t properties and I would highly recommend them to any tenants looking to rent.
23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.
