   Very disappointing experience with Your Move, especially as this was our first home purchase.<br>Before completion, we were clearly told and also confirmed by email that the property would be cleaned and all the rubbish and full bins would be removed before we received the keys. Unfortunately, when we collected the keys and entered the property, none of this had been done.<br>We contacted the agency immediately and were told they would speak to the owner and get back to us, but we received no further response.<br>Throughout the buying process, we also experienced issues where what we were told verbally did not always match what later appeared in the paperwork. This made the whole process stressful and difficult.<br>Buying our first home should have been a special and happy moment for our family. Sadly, the way the keys were handed over and the lack of support afterwards made the experience even more disappointing.<br>My advice to anyone buying through Your Move is to double-check everything yourself before transferring the funds, even if you have received confirmation that something will be done. Don't simply rely on promises — make sure everything is actually completed before completion.<br>I’m sharing this review so future buyers can be aware and avoid having the same experience....
