Having recently had a property survey from Berry's I can do nothing but highly recommend them. I had a level 2 survey on a property I am looking to buy which was extremely comprehensive and highlighted a number of issues which I am now persuing. Nigel was extremely thorough and promptly replied to any queries I had. Claire was also extremely good passing messages and if I had any queries with payment. I will be using them again for any further property surveys!

I was buying a commercial property via berrys, and had the good fortune to be dealing with Neill Maycock. He has been so, so helpful in making the purchase painless. He has chased up the vendors solicitor in order to make it happen as quickly as possible. He has organised for the vendor to get to appointments for example for anti money laundering checks, helped resolve some potential access issues etc. As a result of Neill's helpfulness I have also used Berrys services to organise change of use permission for the building, which all being well will come through in the next week, just two weeks after completing the purchase.
In nearly 30 years of buying and selling properties as a residential landlord I have not previously come across an estate agent as helpful as Neill before.

Cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience signing a recent lease with Berrys. I just moved over from Canada by myself last month, and this was my first time applying for a flat in the UK. Gary, Jo, and Adam were all incredibly kind and patient with me as I worked through the process, never pressuring me or making me feel uncomfortable, and answering my (many, many) questions. I truly felt that they were doing what was best for me as a person rather than just the landlord, highly highly recommend!!

There are the online methods for selling your home, but Berrys go above and beyond all matters concerning property sale. The kindness of Mr A Farnsworth, answering emails telephone calls on Sundays, offering to take flowers to my mother in a care home, (with me living abroad). The diligence of his staff, chasing the sale to the finishing line, many thanks to you all.
