Hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give a negative rating, I would. They booked viewings for a property five times in one month and cancelled every single one at the last minute. Each time there was a different excuse — couldn’t arrange the keys, someone else wasn’t available — which frankly just shows total disorganisation and lack of respect for people’s time. This was an absolute waste of time and energy. The constant cancellations were frustrating and completely avoidable with even basic planning or communication. If you value your time, sanity, or being treated with basic respect, do not use this company. There are far better agents out there — this one should be avoided at all costs.... Read more

We were interested in a 3-bedroom house on Carter Road, Wolverhampton, listed at £119,000. After confirming we were happy to pay the asking price, we were told a higher offer had been received but refused details. We were pressured to increase our offer to £125,000, treated like it was an auction, and received no response when we followed up. The property was later sold with no transparency about the final price. The whole process felt very dodgy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency.... Read more
