So patient explaining the answers to all my silly questions! Really fair and honest! Definitely recommended for assisting with what can be a VERY stressful experience! ????
26th Feb 2024 (22 weeks ago)I have had a very positive experience with the Abbots team in Watton. We are buying a property and are very near completion. John and Hannah have always been extremely helpful and helped us steer the selling and buying course which can be a rocky journey. I would highly recommend using them if you can.
29th Feb 2024 (21 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.
26th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Sophie has been first class Very professional efficient service Would highly recommend Thankyou- 20th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Rented through william h browns dereham when I left the property the landlords no longer would deal with browns for the new tenants due to poor organisation of new tenants, then trying to get my deposit back to be told wrong information twice of what was required of me, provided what they asked for then never heard back for over a week so contacted again to be told I needed something different this time provided within the hour and never heard back to any emails no confirmation nothing just ignored and recieved money in my account 5 days later such poor communication wouldn't deal with them to buy my new home, useless
- 28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)Went in yesterday to talk about mortgages and to view a house which we both tried to book but due to them wanting to see us first to compare mortgage rates we went in, almost felt impossible to book a viewing without them wanting to see us first to compare. Bearing in mind I called up the day before to see if the viewing was going ahead which they said they will get it sorted. So the day come we go in and no one had any idea of us actually going to view the house!!! Which we was very annoyed about as that's what we booked for in the first place to find out 15 minutes later that the people selling the house had an offer last week and is now processing this!!! Fair enough the guy we spoke to vue phone was on holiday but the communication within the team was very poor! Tried to show us different properties which they said wasn't on the market yet which later we found was... waste of our time and lack of communication!!!!

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.- 12th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend W H Brown enough, the team were helpful, efficient and polite, they maintained regular contact with all parties to ensure a smooth transition of ownership

After the ease of the sale first time around, it was a no-brainer to go with Abbotts again. The team at Fakenham were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us updated every step of the journey and made the whole process as smooth as a house sale could possibly be. Thank you Kamile and team!

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Bought and sold a place through Iconic and cannot fault them throughout the whole process. We had lots of viewings very quickly after listing which (at our request) were all handled by Iconic. The team are all extremely professional, great with their communication and responsive to questions, queries and requests. I would certainly be looking to use them in the future!
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)Appalling. Wish we had not signed a sole agent contract! - Left the house unlocked and unattended after a viewing with lights on and candles burning. They have said they tried to contact me, which they did, and I informed them i was on my way home, only for them to have left anyway. - Agents do not take the time to view the property before showing. Left it until a short time before the first showing...go figure if a viewer turns up shortly after them - Do not provide (adequate) weekend cover - only one agent working until lunchtime on a Saturday to facilitate viewings - They have said they have someone working, which i'm sure they do, however they were never available when booking viewings in. - Do not let you know when people cancel viewings - this is a wider issue of them booking viewings outside of office hours and not ensuring there is the ability for someone to let you know they have cancelled. - Book out of office hours with no contact method for viewer/Vendor - as above - 4 missed calls, a text message and 2 emails for a next day viewing for people who had not even had their house valued - this was all within about 20mins, do not be fooled by their reply - Unable to adequately screen viewers and describe location of property accurately - more than 50% of people didn't know where the house was in relation to local shops etc so not sure how this can be considered accurate. - Will do everything possible not to have to show someone round themselves - it was only after i protested that they began offering to undertake viewings, otherwise they never had anyone free before then. We have experienced a catalogue of poor experiences with this branch that demonstrate gross incompetence and unprofessionalism. The event where the sales rep was asked to leave was following the barrage and rush of contact to book in a viewing, i then found out the viewer had not even had their property valued. They will not think twice about wasting your time, but are a lot more precious about their own. Please think twice before using.

Carl provided a realistic valuation, agreed an excellent rate for their services and marketed the property quickly. We agreed an offer within a few weeks and the after-sales support we have received from Lauren and the team has been incredible. They have been such a help in securing completion with a tricky chain. We dealt with Lauren, Mati and Carl and all were friendly, approachable and happy to help. Highly recommend this local agent.

Through out the whole process Richard at Parsons went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through with as few problems as possible he kept in regular contact with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Parsons and would like to thank the whole team for a largely stress free purchase.
13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I recently used Arnolds Keys to sell my house in Aylsham. From the moment I walked into their office – which is in the best possible place, right on the square in Aylsham town centre – I found all the staff professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I was impressed that the they listened to my requirements and wishes rather than giving me a sales pitch about how good they were and what I needed to do. Natasha clearly has extensive experience in Estate Agency and had a very practical approach. Kate did a great job of preparing the sales brochure including very good photos and even a 3D tour. Another thing I particularly liked was that Arnolds Keys took time to actually identify potential purchasers that were genuinely interested in the property and, importantly, were actually in a position to buy it, before arranging viewings. This avoided a lot of time wasting. Another point I liked was that the staff worked as a team, including Josh who always was happy to help if Natasha or Kate were not immediately available. It took a little over a month to find a buyer which I felt was good going at a time when the market was quite sluggish. When things got a little bogged down in the lead up to exchange of contracts Fleur (who handles sales progression most diligently) kept in touch with the buyers and both solicitors to get things moving again, so from start to finish I felt that Arnolds Keys did everything that a professional estate agency should do. If you are selling a house in Aylsham or the surrounding, area I would certainly recommend using them.

Lucy was efficient and professional and made sure everyone was communicating to enable a smooth purchase. It was her proactive manor towards the end ensuring everything was finalised which helped ease our stress which we were very grateful for. Thank you Lucy and to all the team
12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)From the time we decided to sell our "buy to let property" the Belvoir Team have given us the most urgent attention to enable us to have a quick sale. This was achieved without any major problems and we must thank them very much for their service, and for suggesting the lawyers to use as they were completely "on the ball" and answered every query immediately, as we answered them back in return. The subsequent questions raised by the searches were quickly resolved amicably with our buyers through the professionalism of the solicitors and here we are now passing our property over to the new buyer.
