28th Oct 2025 (7 weeks ago)Exceptional service from the whole team at Norwich branch of Fine and Country-from the moment that Darren came to value our property, the support from the whole team whilst we were looking for a property to buy, especially both Richard’s and the exceptional skills of Julie getting us over the line. Start to finish the team made a difficult journey as easy as possible. The photos and the write up were brilliant and the house looked fab. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to put their house on the market in Norwich area. So many thanks. 4th Feb 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have to say that I have been very disappointed with your service for the following reason: We could have completed on February 14th (as our buyer desperately wanted) but because your agent continuously told the buyer it would be impossible to complete the conveyancing by then (and perhaps even lucky to do so in March even), it scared them into extending their rental lease for a further month and thus delaying completion until March. I was told the same by your agent but our solicitors said it might be possible and it has proven that it was. I was not updated at all by your staff over the progress with the sale. I was the one doing all of the chasing and updating you. On one occasion I went into your shop to specifically ask you to contact our buyer to see if he was happy with the completion date proposed and to exchange. Your member of staff scribbled a note on an already full scrap of paper and then clearly forgot as nothing happened and so I contacted the buyer myself. I informed you when we were going to exchange and complete and when we had exchanged. The only positive experience was Emma, who was good at what she did. Thanks Lucy, but I did complain and asked that you might consider knocking a bit of the bill as a goodwill gesture. I got a defensive reply and asked to fill out a form! Its what I expected would happen as opposed to you acknowledging the poor service and offering a goodwill gesture of a small reduction.

Moved into our new home in September (sorry it's taken so long to leave a review!) and couldn't speak more highly of the team, in particular Jack! We were looking for an accessible property for well over a year and Jack always went the extra mile to find something for us, keeping us up to date with properties fresh onto the market and running us through step-by-step. Once again, a huge thank you to Jack and the team :)

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Nov 2025 (23 days ago)Excellent service from Minors and Brady of Dereham. They sold my flat within 24 hours of going on the market with them.. previous agents had tried for 5 months! Everyone at Dereham was focused from the day I called them to help me. Callum Lester was determined to get that sale and he not only did but at full asking price and within 24 hours. It really was team work by all. Please do not go anywhere else, Minors are the true professionals in this industry!

After having two other estate agents previously who failed to sell my property, everything changed once I signed up with Sefftons. The property had more viewings than ever before, and an offer was received and accepted within one month of being on the market. Sadly, the chain broke on this one, but Suzanne was proactive in getting it quickly relisted again. Throughout the process, Suzanne’s communication and dedication to getting the property sold have been second to none. You are made to feel valued and not just another number. I want to thank Suzanne for everything she has done — it has been a pleasure to have had dealings with her. She went above and beyond at every opportunity.
