Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

Buyer perspective: really poor service and communication. Not professional or organised. Misrepresented our offer and caused confusion rather than helping the process. The only one with any ability is the Director/owner. In the end, discourteous too. Won't recommend other than to recommend you avoid them.
