Have been looking at properties that Fox and Sons are selling, and I am grateful and very happy with how the service that I have recieved has been so far, and also how friendly everyone I have been in contact with has been.
Shauna has been great to talk with, and is always catching up with me through email or over the phone. Has also been updating me regularly with properties they have that fit with what I have specified in a property and within the budget I am working with.
Only met Elle once when I went to view a property recently, she was warm and welcoming as well as very friendly and easy to talk to, she answered all my questions about the property that I viewed and the surrounding area.
Met Libby the other day when she came to view and value my property, very friendly and again answered all questions I had about possibly selling my property and how they do things at Fox and Sons, also took onboard what I was looking for in the next property I wish to buy.

Although we didn't buy a property from Fox and Sons, we used their mortgage advisor, Anna, for our purchase. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only did she help us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, she also provided plenty of profound advice. She then went above and beyond liaising with and chasing solicitors throughout the whole process, helping to make things smoother and less stressful.

There are many estate agents in Dorchester. Following a recent deep dive / investigation and interviews with most of them I chose Fox's to sell my high spec town centre property. Please don't underestimate the advantage of them having the highest footfall of any estate agent in the town as they have the only brilliantly situated window display full of top properties right in the main street. Not everyone always searches online. Libby , Shauna & Jo in the Dorchester office have been 100% fantastic. Wow enthusiasm in abundance , local knowledge and professionalism superb for all 3 ladies , all are great ambassadors for the Fox brand. Nothing is too much trouble . Very impressed . Gemma has been an absolute star. We are first time buyers so it’s a bit scary and labyrinthine but Gemma is talking us through it step by step. She is professional and cheerful and makes us feel well taken care of, informed and confident that we are on track. We both trust Gemma implicitly; she gained rapport with us quickly and has maintained that. She uses very good analogies to help us understand some of the more complicated jargon and processes - this makes all the difference.

Recently (Feb.15th) booked a viewing for a house in Wool, we arrived, having left in plenty of time, because of storm Dennis.
Nobody from Fox's appeared at the given time, only another customer booked in at the same time as me.
Having phoned Dorchester office and been told "he's on his way" and "booking two prospective customers to view together is quite normal", I left in disgust.
It is not normal to be late, or book a multiple viewing without informing the client!!!
I have sold STC, and was ready to buy, Fox's couldn't care less attitude lost them a prospective sale, the house in question is still on the market (29th Feb), unsold.
Shape up Fox's!!!!

Even though I didn’t want to sell they went above and beyond and gave me a service which I wasent expecting.
